As an Omnichannel Logistics Teammate, your mission is to ensure our customers always find the right product at the right time. You will be the backbone of the store's daily operations, responsible for the efficient receiving, processing, and flow of all incoming stock. This role is vital to ensuring maximum commercial availability and maintaining a seamless back-of-house operation during our peak season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery & Receiving Excellence: Lead the physical intake of daily delivery trucks; unloading, scanning, and verifying high-volume incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Stock Fluidity & Processing: Unpack, security-tag, and sort merchandise efficiently to ensure stock moves from the delivery bay to the sales floor without delay.
- Inventory & Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and protected stockroom environment, optimizing storage space in compliance with Decathlon’s safety standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Department Leaders and sales floor teammates to prioritize high-demand stock replenishment and ensure a high standard of commercial presentation.
