The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead the establishment and enhancement of its financial infrastructure, systems, and processes in support of the organization's growth and international expansion. The successful candidate will be a pragmatic and action-oriented finance leader with a strong background in SaaS environments, capable of transforming the finance function, increasing operational efficiency, and modernizing financial systems. Key responsibilities for the role include completing the transition to QuickBooks Online, aligning financial data across various platforms, implementing robust controls,



and developing a fully reconciled framework for financial reporting. The role also involves leading the budgeting process, cash management, and driving the transformation of the finance function through standardization, team development, and the introduction of automation where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning and reporting, experience with ARR and revenue models, and a hands-on approach to integrating financial systems.
