We are looking to hire a Customer Service Advocate for our Mississauga location. As a Customer Service Advocate you will be the primary contact for contract customers within the service support team. You will ensure service delivery aligns with contracts, manage key customer relationships, drive process improvements, and support business growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

- Act as primary customer advocate and collaborate with business teams to improve performance and profitability.
- Analyze accounts, manage escalations, and lead corrective actions.
- Coordinate service delivery with third‑party providers and internal teams.
- Prepare contract renewals, presentations, and financial analysis.
- Audit customer billings and payments to ensure accuracy.
- Address customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships between XRAY RECLAIM and channel partners to ensure seamless service.
- Lead special projects related to contract customers to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction.
