Responsibilities
- Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle.
- Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Completing approved service on customer vehicles.
- Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications.
- Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.
- Advising customers and associates on work performed,
general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements.
- Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner.
- Supporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in the Automotive Service Technician trade.
- Must be willing to work every other weekend.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers.
- A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technology.
- The successful applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to providing a superior customer experience.
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basis.
