Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team. This is a 40 hours per week position. As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to company standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
- Vacuum, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and coffee/tea
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Reliable transportation to and from work
