As a Private Chef and Tournant, you will be at the forefront of culinary excellence while supporting the Main Lodge Kitchen. Successful candidates excel in providing personalized service and preparing gourmet menus for intimate gatherings of 4 to 25 guests. Collaborate closely with our experienced culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes in a structured yet dynamic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve gourmet meals for private guest bookings
• Develop customized menus in consultation with guests




• Support daily kitchen operations and buffet setups
• Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and supervisors
Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or certified chef designation preferred
• 5-10 years of industry experience required
• Food Safe Certification and WHMIS required
• Class 5 Driver's License required
• Must be able to work flexible shifts
