The Bridge is seeking dedicated Recovery Care Workers to support its Recovery & Addiction programs. This temporary, part-time position requires a diploma in Human Services or equivalent, along with related experience. Ideal candidates will showcase excellent time management and problem-solving skills while engaging with youth and adults in a supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety and well-being of participants during shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in residential settings




• Engage effectively with participants during night shifts
• Collaborate with teams to support program needs
• Address crises confidently and professionally
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or related field
• Six months of relevant experience preferred
• Valid First Aid and Food Safe Certificates
• Strong ability to work independently and within a team
• Pass a Criminal Record Search as per agency policy
