Sonora Resort is seeking a Cook for a seasonal position, focused on providing extraordinary dishes to enhance guest experiences. You will be responsible for daily lunch service preparation, maintaining an organized workstation, and assisting with boxed lunches. Collaboration and communication with team members are crucial for executing memorable dining experiences at this luxury resort.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute daily lunch service and boxed lunches
• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned workstations at all times
• Receive, clean,



and store products according to chef's standards
• Knowledge of menu items and any daily changes
• Assist with end-of-day kitchen cleaning tasks
Requirements:
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Three years cooking experience in a resort setting
• Culinary Arts certification (Levels 1, 2, or 3)
• Current Food Secure Certificate is mandatory
• First Aid certificate is a plus
