Culture doesn’t start on a phone but always ends there. Brands that actually get it are the ones building genuine communities, not just broadcasting content into the void.
We’re looking for a Content Manager who can do both: create relevant content for our brands and build a community around it. You’ll be the voice, the face, and the strategic thinker behind our clients’ social presence. You’ll work alongside trend-obsessed strategists, creatives, and genuinely cool people who actually care about what they’re making. Your job? Keep our clients relevant, in the conversation, and connected to their people.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Create content that works : From ideating concepts to shooting, editing, and publishing, you’re running the whole show. Writing captions that hit different, going on camera when it makes sense, and making sure everything feels real.
- Be in the conversation : Spot trending moments and know when your brand should jump in (and when they shouldn’t). Respond to comments thoughtfully. Show up for your community.
- Grow and read the room : Keep an eye on what’s working with real data. Understand the metrics, but also the vibe. Know when numbers are telling you something significant about your audience.
- Build community culture : Moderate conversations, handle the messy parts with grace, and create spaces where people want to hang out.
- Collaborate and adapt : Work with strategists, creatives, and clients. Take feedback, pivot on the fly, and keep pushing what "good" looks like.
- Show your work : Present ideas to stakeholders, think on your feet. Know your stuff.
We’re Looking For
- You’re a creator first : You’ve got a portfolio (or TikTok, or YouTube, or Instagram) that proves you understand what resonates. Bonus if you’ve already worked with brands.
- Platform fluency : You don’t just use social, you understand it. Meta Business Manager, TikTok creator tools, CapCut...
you know your way around. You test things out instead of just following the rulebook.
- Comfortable on camera : You can speak to camera without cringing. Voiceovers? Sure. Going live? Why not.
- Actually good with people : You genuinely want to engage with communities. You’re not just checking boxes, you’re building real relationships. You can moderate conversations without being robotic about it.
- You read the room : You get what resonates culturally. You know what’s authentic vs. what’s cringe. You can think critically about brand safety and voice consistency.
- You’re data-smart but not data-obsessed : You can look at analytics and understand what they mean. You use insights to make better content and strategy calls, not to paralyze yourself.
- You communicate well : Written, verbal, and you’re comfortable pitch ideas to senior people and have confidence while doing it.
- You’re genuinely curious : You want to know how things work and why. You’re always looking to level up. You see mistakes as learning opportunities, not failures.
- You think differently : Bring your hot takes. Challenge us. See data as a starting point for creative breakthroughs, not the final answer.
- You ship : You don’t overthink. You move fast. You own your work and care about getting it right.
Nice to Have
- Background in marketing, content creation, community management, or creative work. Or honestly? Just show us your portfolio and your vibe.
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
