Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada seeks a Program Coordinator for its faith-based residential recovery program. This full-time position focuses on building supportive relationships and fostering personal and spiritual growth among men in recovery. You will also provide mentorship, lead group sessions, and facilitate recovery plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor assigned clients individually and in groups
• Develop personal recovery plans tailored to client needs

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
