Midtown Toronto. We are conveniently located right on the subway line, making for an easy, stress-free commute.

What You’ll Do

- Drive the Practice: Keep the portfolio management team focused on high-level strategy by managing complex schedules, meeting prep, and daily priorities.
- Client Onboarding: Lead the administrative onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and the transition is seamless.
- Client Management: Utilize CRM to manage HNW client data and ensure a premium service experience.
- Presentation Design: Create professional, high-impact presentations and quarterly reports using MS Office.

Requirements

- At least 5+ years of administrative/customer support experience in a wealth management setting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Experience with CRM such as Salesforce or ACT! is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Midtown Toronto.
- Experience with investment and registered products a must.
