In this role, you will be integral to the organization’s fundraising operations by maintaining accurate donor records and providing support for all stages of the donor lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include coordinating CRM processes, conducting prospect research, and facilitating fundraising events. You will work collaboratively with various teams to enhance the organization’s impact in health promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain donor data quality in the CRM
• Support fundraising team with data requests and reporting




• Conduct in-depth research on prospects
• Organize events for donor stewardship and cultivation
• Develop training resources for CRM processes
Requirements:
• Education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years supporting major gifts
• Proficiency with donor and prospect databases
• Solid organizational and resource management skills
• Familiarity with research tools like iWave and CharityCan
