- Changing food, water and bedding according to established facility schedules
- Daily health monitoring and general animal husbandry
- Washing cages, racks and bottles
- Reception and preparation of incoming animals
- Cleaning machines, area floors, walls and equipment
Qualifications / Skills
- Graduate of or currently enrolled in a Veterinary Technician Program or Animal Care Program
- Ability to understand and problem‑solve issues
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Must have an excellent attendance record
