As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a motivated and hands‑on Product Support Technician to support our growing dealer network across the United States.

About The Role

As a Product Support Technician, you play a key role in ensuring that our products perform at the highest level in real‑world conditions. You will work both in the field and in the shop, supporting dealers and customers with installations, troubleshooting, and technical expertise. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same - combining technical work, customer interaction, and travel across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

- Provide technical support and installation training to dealers and customers
- Perform both shop‑based and field installations
- Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems on heavy equipment
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Support commissioning and optimize product performance in the field
- Create detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Travel across the United States to support customers and dealer partners
- Work closely with internal technical teams to deliver industry‑leading support
- Build strong relationships through excellent communication and service

What We’re Looking For





- 2-5 years of experience servicing mobile or heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Comfortable using digital tools and programming systems
- Organized, self‑motivated, and highly responsive to customer needs
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to travel extensively and manage a flexible schedule
- Valid passport required
