Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and care
• Collaborate on care plans with external community professionals
• Maintain a positive workplace culture through effective communication




• Provide health and wellness education to residents
• Act as a preceptor for nursing students and new staff
Requirements:
• Approved Registered Practical Nursing program completion
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience focusing on mental health and addictions preferred
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively
• Commitment to equitable care and community engagement
