As a QA Automation Engineer at SWTCH, you will design and build automated end-to-end testing from scratch. Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers, your primary objective will be to verify that our solutions work as intended. Your role is critical in ensuring a reliable, scalable product that supports sustainable mobility initiatives across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define test strategy and testing standards for automation
• Develop and execute functional, regression, and end-to-end test suites
• Mentor engineers on automated testing practices and standards




• Identify and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to enhance workflow
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Software Quality Assurance, 3+ years in automation
• Experience with web applications, APIs, and mobile testing
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, automation frameworks
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD methodologies
