Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead application project delivery initiatives across multiple enterprise applications (ERP, Cyber Security)

Candidates can be located in Calgary or Edmonton. Hybrid work model. 37.5 hour week

Must Haves

- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering projects focused on ERP, technology projects , and cyber projects
- Experience delivering projects requiring strong stakeholder management and large organizational change
- Experience in Hybrid delivery models (Agile and Waterfall) and stage-gated frameworks
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain software and business units

Solid Nice to Have

- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Highly organized and detail oriented.




- Strong ability to manage change and competing priorities.
- Effective in high-pressure environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

- Lead projects from initiation through delivery across a large portfolio
- Develop project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, forecasts, dependencies, and resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and KPIs
- Deliver IT, Cyber Security, ERP, and enterprise application solutions aligned to business objectives
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and evolving priorities throughout project execution
- Provide stakeholder communication including status updates, executive reporting, and performance metrics
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and capture lessons learned
