Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans for seniors’ care
• Oversee financial management and organizational performance
• Foster partnerships for innovation and long-term sustainability




• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare or community services
• Relevant university degree; graduate degree is an asset
• Understanding of Ontario long-term care legislation
• Experience in a unionized setting
• Willingness to complete Administrator Leadership Program
