As a Line Cook, you will prepare and serve high-quality meals for up to 150 guests daily in our Main Lodge Kitchen. Your role will include setting up buffets and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily meals and set up breakfast and dinner buffets
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Create special order appetizers, including vegan and gluten-free options




• Monitor fridge temperatures and perform regular inventory checks
• Communicate issues and ideas to supervisors effectively
Requirements:
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Food Safe Certification and WHMIS required
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic personality with solid teamwork skills
