Reporting to the Senior Lead of Accounting Due Diligence, you will analyze financial statements, manage third-party advisors, and document accounting policies associated with acquisitions. Your work will be essential in assisting with acquisitions and fostering cross-functional collaborations with various teams, making a significant impact on the company's financial framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough due diligence on acquisition targets
• Document accounting treatments and flag compliance issues
• Prepare diligence documentation and data trackers
• Collaborate with teams like Tax, Treasury, and FP&A;
• Present findings to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or audit
• CPA designation or progress towards certification
• Experience in Big 4 firms is considered beneficial
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP systems knowledge preferred
