About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution and strategic focus. This role is key in championing the long-term strategic plan, ensuring the effective delivery of programs and services, and aligning organizational operations with the constitutional and governance framework. The ideal candidate for the CAO position at the company will have significant executive leadership experience, preferably within a self-governing First Nations government or in a related Indigenous or municipal government context with meaningful engagement with Indigenous communities. Expertise in organizational transformation, change management, and executive team development is essential, as is a proven ability to build robust leadership capacity across a diverse workforce. Experience in working with elected leadership or Boards and guiding organizations through governance growth or transition is highly valued.
