10+ years hands-on Maximo configuration experience , including direct work in Organization, site setup, Application Designer, Database Configuration, Security Groups and related configuration of Maximo. Successfully delivered minimum 3 full cycle Maximo implementations as Maximo application consultant ( not

end user or super user or project manager) Proven experience configuring end-to-end Work Management in Maximo, including:

SR to WO lifecycle Job Plans, PMs, and Work Types Planning, scheduling, execution, and completion Vendor/contractor work and follow-on work

Deep experience with Maximo data model and setup, including:

Assets, Locations, Classifications, Meters PM hierarchies and job plan structures Legacy EAM to Maximo mapping (Assets, Locations, PMs, WOs) Data validation, reconciliation, and load cycle support Ability to identify data vs configuration defects
