We are hiring a dependable, safety-focused Injection Mold Machine Operator / Warehouse Attendant to support daily production, material handling, quality control, and shipping operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, works well in a team environment, and is interested in developing into a more technical injection molding position over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work areas.
- Monitoring production for quality and consistency and reporting any defects.
- Packaging products with accuracy.
- Operating forklift, pallet wrapper, pallet jack, weigh scale.
- Load and unload delivery trucks using equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect freight for accuracy and report damages or discrepancies.
- Pick orders, label and prepare for outbound shipping.
- Handling, moving, and organizing inventory and supplies.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and protected work environment.

Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a production focused manufacturing.
- Mechanically inclined with good problem‑solving skills.
- Valid Forklift License or ability to obtain one.
- Must be able to lift up to 56 lbs (25 kg).
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Preference will be given to candidates with 2+ years of hands‑on experience in injection molding manufacturing.
- Must be a Permanent Resident of Canada.
