Job Details

Location: 817 Keewatin Street, Winnipeg, MB R2X 3B9

Work settings: In office only; work must be completed at the physical location; no option to work remotely.

Salary: $18.00 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week.

Terms of employment: Permanent, full‑time, evening shift, flexible hours, night/day/weekend, starts as soon as possible.

Overview

Experience required: 2 years to less than 3 years.

Responsibilities

- Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.




- Prepare food order summaries for chef.
- Establish work schedules.

Supervision

Supervises 5-10 people.
