What You Will Be Doing:

- Tailoring Solutions: Enhance the retail experience in our stores, providing best‑in‑class service by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products
- Sales Delivery: Finding opportunities, anticipating customer needs, and delivering on sales targets
- Customer Engagement: Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales by acquiring new customers and driving overall customer retention
- Brand Promotion: Represent Rogers and Fido brands in‑store and at local community events

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through transparent, effective communication that drives positive outcomes and supports team and business goals




- Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customer‑focused upselling, consistently contributing to overall store performance
- Ability to quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic setting
- Minimum 32 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times
