Key Responsibilities:
• Direct library's daily function and service offerings
• Develop and maintain library strategic planning initiatives
• Innovate library programs and introduce current technologies
• Review policies in line with best practices and standards
• Liaise with faculty for enhanced instructional support
Requirements:
• MLIS or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program
• 3+ years in academic library leadership roles
• Experience within theological schools is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Respect for Roman Catholic traditions and values
