Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 CAD per annum plus annual performance bonus Some operations leaders keep the machine running. Others redesign the machine so it runs better every day. We're looking for the second kind. Our client is a fast-growing Canadian e-commerce company serving customers across North America with innovative home improvement products. As the business continues to grow, we're investing in the people and systems that will drive the next stage of expansion. This isn't a role where you'll inherit perfectly polished processes. It's a role where you'll build them. You'll lead our fulfillment and supply chain operations, improve warehouse performance, strengthen inventory accuracy, optimize logistics, and help drive one of the company's most important initiatives, a current ERP implementation.
