Collaborate closely with the Production Team to meet clients' needs while maintaining a growth mindset and engaging in continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market business by developing relationships with Insurers
• Negotiate rates and deductibles with new and existing insurers
• Utilize strong underwriting abilities for the Strata/Condo Program




• Liaise with Client Executives on client needs and recommendations
• Assist in creating innovative marketing processes for renewals
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Preferred university degree or insurance designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM)
• Level 2 License and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
