We're looking for a Salesforce Scrum Master to join our team in Toronto, ON. This onsite role focuses on executing Agile practices within Salesforce environments.
As a Scrum Master with at least five years of experience, you will guide Agile teams in Salesforce projects, ensuring delivery excellence. Your background in Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud and your practical knowledge of Scrum methodologies will be critical. You will lead Scrum ceremonies and work closely with Product Owners for effective backlog management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
• Manage end-to-end Agile delivery processes
• Collaborate on sprint readiness and story refinement
• Track Agile metrics like burndown and velocity
• Resolve risks and dependencies across teams
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Scrum Master or Agile lead role
