In this role you will deliver exceptional service to customers with new/used ag & turf sales, & work towards becoming a Territory Manager. Responsibilities
- Sales of new/used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Tractors etc.) to walk-in customers
- Participate in sales activities (cold calling, follow ups, quotes etc)
- Assist Territory Managers with paperwork & inventory processes
- Maintain product/finance knowledge of all equipment, parts, services available
- Displays & merchandising of equipment
- Equipment demos & promos
- Participate in training to develop skills & knowledge
Requirements
- Exceptional customer & communication skills
- 1+ yrs of retail sales experience
- Knowledge of ag/turf equipment & farming practices preferred
- Ability to use computer systems & internet functions
- Independent travel, valid drivers license
- Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, weekends & holidays
- Ability to analyze/interpret basic reports
- High School Diploma/equivalent work experience
