TULLOCH is seeking a Materials Testing Lab Technician for a 3-month contract role. You will report to the Project Manager and focus on in office tests, laboratory analysis, and civil construction inspections. This role requires adherence to engineering standards and documentation while working in a unique remote setting on a 2-week-on, 2-week-off rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform materials testing, including on-site soil sampling
• Conduct laboratory tests on soils and concrete




• Undertake civil construction inspections for quality control
• Manage material quantity control effectively
• Execute compaction testing using a nuclear densometer
Requirements:
• Understanding of civil engineering and construction principles
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
• Physically fit for field duties
• Ability to travel for project needs
• Experience with documentation and reporting
