In this role, you will provide vital support to visitors, handling inquiries and assisting with recreation program processes. Your responsibilities will include managing facility bookings, reconciling cash sheets, and responding to public inquiries, all while maintaining a friendly and productive service atmosphere. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for the recreational industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors to the facility
• Provide detailed information about recreation programs




• Facilitate program registrations and facility bookings
• Reconcile cash sheets for daily transactions
• Handle phone inquiries while multitasking
Requirements:
• Grade 12, plus relevant training or experience
• Understanding of recreation and fitness industries
• Basic math proficiency needed
• Skills in Word and graphics programs beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
