Cargojet is hiring a Material Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Hamilton, ON. This position offers full-time, on-site work focusing on the shipping and management of maintenance materials.
In this role, you'll be pivotal in responding to maintenance demands, issuing inventory, and tracking materials' shelf life. Your tasks will encompass shipping to Cargojet bases and delivering tooling directly to support aircraft maintenance. Robust organizational and prioritization skills are crucial, as well as the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and reconcile daily inventory for maintenance
• Oversee shipping and delivery of parts/tooling
• Respond efficiently to Maintenance requests
• Monitor inventory control and shelf life
• Assist with additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in warehouse, parts, or material handling
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and data entry
• Must hold a valid Driver's License
• Physical ability to handle 60 lbs and lift substantial items
• Previous aviation parts experience preferred
