• Assist remote engineers in delivering technical support
• Maintain lab readiness and equipment configuration

• Configure and maintain VMware virtual machines
• Perform optical fiber manipulation as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Up to 2 years of technical experience
• 1+ year in fiber optic transport and problem resolution
• Background with Layer 1, 2, and 3 protocols
• Experience troubleshooting Carrier Ethernet equipment
