Ensure safety and order as a Security Officer in the casino environment at Outstanding Canadian. This position requires strong monitoring skills and the ability to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Reporting to the Security Manager, you will oversee safety for all facility users, enforce access restrictions, and address any concerns that arise. Your proactive approach will include conducting regular patrols and preparing detailed reports on incidents and unsafe conditions. Strong communication with team members and guests is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular safety patrols throughout the casino
• Monitor activities and report on suspicious behavior
• Enforce access rules and perform identification checks
• Handle disputes and maintain crowd control
• Foster relationships with guests and staff
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience in security
• Must have Smart Serve certification
• Capability to obtain a Gaming License
• Bilingualism is a plus but not mandatory
