In this full time role, you will utilize your front-end loader experience to support daily operations at our facility. Your attention to safety and detail will ensure successful material loading and yard maintenance. Strong communication with the Supervisor will be crucial for effective teamwork and production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load aggregate materials into trucks and production equipment
• Perform routine inspections of plant operations
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the yard
• Communicate production issues promptly to Supervisors
• Train additional operators as necessary for operations
Requirements:
• Heavy equipment operator program completion is beneficial
• Prior experience with front-end loaders, especially John Deere 644K
• At minimum, a high school diploma or GED
• Valid Class G license for operation
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
