This role involves coordinating campus and community activities that enhance student and community involvement with UBCO Heat Athletics & Recreation. The Coordinator will lead efforts in program management, budgeting, and special project execution, while strengthening partnerships with local sport groups and schools to promote youth sport development. The position is key for creating engaging experiences for athletes and alumni.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic coordination of community programs and partnerships
• Manage budgets ensuring compliance with UBC policies




• Execute alumni events and engagement initiatives
• Enhance game day experiences through fan engagement strategies
• Guide student staff development and training initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• At least one year of experience in program coordination
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
• Robust commitment to equity and diversity
• Availability during evenings and weekends
