This full-time role focuses on supporting outpatients aged 18 to 30 facing mental health challenges. You will engage in triage, mental health assessments, and team-oriented treatment planning in an interprofessional team environment. With your excellent interpersonal skills, you'll connect with clients, enhancing their recovery journey through individual and group therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate clinical care for diverse mental health challenges
• Complete mental health assessments and treatment plans
• Provide culturally sensitive individual and group therapies
• Develop links with community services for continuity of care
• Promote a trauma-focused, equity-centered client approach
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing, Social Work, or related field
• Current registration in a relevant regulatory college
• 3 years of experience in mental health
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and psychiatric disorders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
