In this role, you will use your expertise in human services to support clients living independently or in a program setting. You will mentor individuals, help with hygiene and medication, and conduct group activities. Supporting recovery and promoting safety awareness are key aspects of this position with LOFT Community Services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships and coach clients on life skills
• Facilitate group meetings and client-run initiatives
• Conduct health and safety checks as needed




• Liaise with community agencies and accompany clients to appointments
• Participate in program administration and record keeping
Requirements:
• Understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation and harm reduction
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid analytical and time-management abilities
• Physical capability to assist clients and travel as needed
