Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies based on operational needs
• Advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate all activities in the Talent Acquisition Management System




• Collaborate with HR partners to meet staffing needs
• Implement policies and procedures related to Talent Acquisition
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum three years in Human Resource Management
• Five years' experience in recruitment, preferably in unionized settings
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of federal legislation related to employment
