In this on-call position, you’ll represent Canada Post, delivering key items to customers year-round. Your day will begin in the depot, sorting deliveries, and driving a postal vehicle before spending most of the day outdoors, making deliveries. Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and prepare daily mail and packages
• Load and drive Canada Post postal vehicle
• Deliver mail by foot or vehicle to customers
• Return to depot to unload incoming mail and packages
• Serve customers with a friendly demeanor
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 or Class G driver's license
• Physical ability to lift up to 22.7 kg regularly
• Ability to work in all types of weather
• Availability for on-call work
• Proficiency in English or French
