Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright in our Tillsonburg, Ontario Cold Stamping Facility. The Millwright/Mechanic is responsible for supporting production. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a stamping environment, be self‑motivated, and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.

Starting Wage: $45.69

Signing Bonus: $2,500

Summary of Responsibilities

- Provide maintenance support to all areas of production ensuring both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe and effective manner.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities to diagnose equipment failures routine and non‑routine.
- Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
- Perform repairs to machinery and plant support systems with regards to hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs.
- Abide by all Company policies including Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook.

Minimum Qualifications

- Stamping equipment i.e. feed line systems experience is an asset.
- 3-5 years manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons).





Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A).
