Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement daily recreation and leisure activities
• Create engaging environments that encourage resident participation




• Communicate effectively with residents and their families
• Observe and document residents’ participation changes
• Support departmental efforts to enhance resident engagement
Requirements:
• Experience with seniors in long-term care preferred
• Post-secondary degree in recreation or therapeutic recreation
• Intent to complete related program within three years
• Knowledge of wellness activities across various domains
• Skills in planning and therapeutic programming
