As a key team member, you will manage and enhance the IBM Maximo platform for North America and Europe. Your role will involve collaborating with various business units to gather requirements and implement strategic improvements. This position requires 4 days in-office with one versatile remote day each week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the administration of IBM Maximo for operations
• Configure security roles, workflows, and application settings
• Support integration between Maximo and other enterprise systems
• Ensure data quality and maintain governance standards
• Develop user training and technical documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 5+ years of IBM Maximo experience
• Familiarity with API integrations and middleware platforms
• Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools
• Experience working with international teams
