About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Communications and Donor Relations to play a pivotal role in the strategic and collaborative leadership of integrated donor communications and relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and amplifying the institutional narrative, overseeing the development of multi-year campaign strategies, and fostering a strong culture of philanthropy and engagement. This role is key in mobilizing the community around a compelling vision and requires an accomplished leader with a strong track record in large-scale integrated campaigns, brand development,
and multi-channel marketing initiatives. The Executive Director will work closely with senior executives and diverse stakeholders, and must be adept at translating complex messaging into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company will have a background in strategic planning, change leadership, and experience in leading high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments. They should be adept at developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies, and possess exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
