Role Description

The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Calgary, AB with some tasks that can be completed from home, such as scheduling, reporting, or online training. On-site responsibilities include performing detailed cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies. The role may involve specialized tasks such as window cleaning, carpet care, and deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas. The Cleaning Specialist will follow established checklists and safety protocols, use company-provided equipment and products,



and report any maintenance or safety issues. The position also includes communicating with supervisors, documenting completed work, and occasionally coordinating appointments or updates remotely.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Commercial Cleaning and House Cleaning, with the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures in varied environments.
- Experience in Home Cleaning and Window Cleaning, including careful handling of client property and attention to visible finishes.
- Knowledge of Carpet care, such as vacuuming, spot treatment, and use of appropriate cleaning solutions or equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work efficiently with or without direct supervision.
- Understanding of basic health, safety, and hygiene practices, including safe use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Reliable transportation to client sites in Calgary, AB and willingness to work a consistent full-time schedule.
- Good communication skills and a skilled, respectful approach to clients and team members.
- Prior cleaning experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
