A leading logistics and transportation company is seeking a Team Leader to join its growing team in Milton, Ontario. As a 3PL Warehouse Team Lead, you will supervise daily operations, manage a team of warehouse associates, ensure the highest standards of safety, and support customer satisfaction. Requirements

3PL warehouse, high‑volume and fast‑paced experience (mandatory)

Responsibilities

- Team Management:
- Supervise and manage a team of logistics agents (20–50 people depending on the site).
- Ensure integration and training of new employees.
- Organize schedules and task distribution.
- Monitor performance and implement improvement actions.

- Performance and Continuous Improvement:

- Manage performance indicators (KPIs)



and implement corrective action plans.
- Optimize processes to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify and report anomalies or malfunctions.

- Procedural Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with safety instructions and quality standards.
- Apply and enforce internal procedures (inventory management, order preparation, shipping).
- Participate in internal audits and inspections.

- Communication and Reporting:

- Liaise between management and operational teams.
- Participate in production meetings and escalate issues.
- Provide regular reports on activity and performance.

Qualifications

- 3PL warehouse, high‑volume and quick‑paced experience (mandatory)
- Management experience.
