About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategy to play a pivotal role in its significant transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the enterprise strategy, with a strong focus on member-centric and values-driven approaches. This includes setting and implementing strategic direction for mergers, acquisitions, and innovation initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives and impact priorities. The role demands a leader who can provide enterprise leadership across the interconnected portfolios of enterprise strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and innovation, and who is adept at driving alignment, building conviction,
and ensuring strategic commitments are resourced and delivered. The VP will also be expected to have a strong internal and external presence, acting as a connector across functions and building the company's profile through engagement with partners and the broader ecosystem.
Candidates for the Vice President, Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years' of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy, transformation, or related roles. Senior leadership experience in a complex, values-driven organization is essential, with a preference for those who have worked in a purpose-led environment. The role requires a strategic, forward-looking, and influential leader who is adept at building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of trust, curiosity, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker, grounded in judgment and integrity, and will have a proven track record of operating at a senior level, working with executive teams and Boards, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
