You will implement health promotion strategies to meet the needs of marginalized communities while enhancing access to health services. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify health needs in community-based groups
• Establish partnerships for health promotion initiatives
• Facilitate community events and educational workshops
• Advocate for equitable health services and policies
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in health or social science
• Three years in health promotion with marginalized communities
• Robust facilitation and communication skills
• Experience in program development and evaluation
• Valid driver's license for travel between locations
