Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this HRBP role focuses on guiding leaders through the employee lifecycle. You will partner on workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance initiatives while ensuring alignment with legal standards and company policies. Your experience in employee relations and relationship building with leaders will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:



• Guide leaders on performance management and conflict resolution • Support talent programs including performance management and succession planning • Lead organizational change initiatives and workforce transitions • Advise on employee relations practices grounded in labor law • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to facilitate recruitment efforts

Requirements: • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in similar roles • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices • Experience supporting senior leaders in energetic environments • CHRP/CHRL designation or in progress is an asset • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders
